Silvah Dollah is a rank given to the one and only RetaN, and him alone.

The rank functions exactly the same as Global Moderator, but it was given to RetaN to override Forum Glitch. KAOS thought that creating a new rank instead of using an old rank to counter the glitch would work better. It did. Today, the glitch is gone. However, RetaN still has the Silvah Dollah rank.
